Minutito’s promise is on the front page: a timer that never watches you back. This page says exactly what that means, in plain language. Minutito is operated by Third Space Ventures LLC (thirdspaceventures.io), the company responsible for your data.

What we collect

Account details: your name and email address. What you type in: your organization’s clients, projects, tasks, time entries, and notes. How you found us: the campaign label in the link you arrived from, if it had one (for example “linkedin”), and your answer to “How did you hear about Minutito?” if you give one, kept with your organization so we learn which channels work. That’s the list. No screenshots, no keystroke or activity monitoring, no location, and — today — no analytics or advertising trackers of any kind. The only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in.

What the desktop app can see

The Mac app asks the system how long it has been since you last touched the keyboard or mouse — a single number, used only to ask “you were away, keep or discard that time?” It never reads what you type, what’s on your screen, or which apps you use.

Where your data lives, and who touches it

Your data is stored with Supabase (our database provider, hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States) and the website is served by Vercel. Two more processors do one job each: Stripe handles payments — your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch Minutito; we store only Stripe’s customer and subscription identifiers. Resend delivers invitation emails — it sees the recipient’s address, the inviter’s address, and the organization name, nothing else. All four encrypt data in transit and at rest. That is the complete list; if it grows, this page changes first.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers — full stop. Inside your organization, your time entries are visible according to your role; nobody outside your organization can see them.

Export and deletion

Export your data any time as CSV from the Reports page. To delete your account and its data, go to Settings → Delete account — deletion is immediate and permanent, along with your organization’s data if you are its only member. If you’re part of a team, your tracked time stays in the organization’s records, unowned. Prefer email? hello@minutito.app works too. Backups age out on our providers’ standard schedule.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. There is no clock running in the background and nothing expires on its own — the time you tracked in 2024 is still there, because that is the point of tracking it. The moment you delete your account the data goes with it, immediately. After that the only copies left are backups, which age out on our providers’ standard schedule and are never used to bring a deleted account back. Time you tracked as part of a team stays in that organization’s records, unowned — it is their billing history as much as yours.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete it, or object to a particular use of it. Most of that you can do yourself without asking us: Reports exports everything as CSV, Settings edits your name and email, and Settings → Delete account removes the rest. In Mexico these four are the ARCO rights — acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición; in the EU and the UK they are their equivalents under the GDPR. To use any of them by email, write to hello@minutito.app from the address on the account. We don’t ask you why.

Who’s responsible for your data

The data controller — the company that decides what happens to your data and answers for it — is Third Space Ventures LLC (thirdspaceventures.io). Anything on this page, privacy questions included, goes to hello@minutito.app and reaches us directly.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll email account owners before it takes effect. Questions: hello@minutito.app.
