Terms of Service

Minutito is a time-tracking service operated by Third Space Ventures LLC (thirdspaceventures.io, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using minutito.app or the Minutito desktop apps (together, the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you use Minutito on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf.

Your account

You need an account with a working email address. Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your login is your responsibility. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

Your data is yours

The time entries, client names, project names, and notes you put into Minutito belong to you and your organization. We claim no ownership. You can export your data as CSV at any time from the Reports page, and you can leave whenever you like.

Plans and payment

The Free plan supports up to three people per organization. Pro is $19/month flat per organization — not per seat — billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel any time from Settings → Manage billing; billing stops at the end of the paid period and your data stays. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice; changes never apply retroactively.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to break the law, to attack or overload our systems or anyone else’s, or to store content you have no right to store. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and support

We work to keep Minutito fast and available, and we monitor it around the clock, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Support is by email at hello@minutito.app.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data beyond our reasonable control.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how, and what happens to your data). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll email account owners and note the new date above at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
